In this role, Monat will be responsible for building and leading a high-performance sales team to drive revenue growth, gain market share and develop strong customer relationships. Monat's track record includes leadership roles in multiple, diverse software environments ranging from start-up companies to global enterprises. Most recently she served as director of enterprise sales for North America and EMEA at Canonical Ltd., where she delivered significant revenue growth within toptier public sector and commercial enterprise accounts. Previously, she held leadership roles at Research in Motion (now Blackberry), Ascendent Systems, and Aspect Software. “We are thrilled to have Mary join our growing team,” said Nina McIntyre, SVP and CMO of Bluetrain. “Her leadership experience building exceptional sales teams and background in mobile make her the ideal candidate for this position.
